Physical Education

Students at all grade levels participate in Physical Education on class gym days. Recess and outdoor play is so important to social, emotional and physical development. Students wear gym attire on school gym days. They participate in Fuel 60, American Heart Association each year. Older students have specialized fitness strategies. Campus facilities include gym and playgrounds with walking areas, Gaga pit and large macadam area. Many students participate in horseback riding and local town recreation leagues as an avenue to honor and glorify Jesus Christ.

Our Purpose in
Physical Education

  • To glorify God in our actions, words, and in our entire physical education program.
  • To develop Christ-like character among our students and encourage him/her to develop their God-given athletic abilities to his/her maximum potential.
  • To place the utmost importance on Christian character and conduct, achievement in academics, and respect for others.
  • To use physical education as a training ground to equip our students to be strong disciples for Christ.
